Summer training reminder - nearly halfway…

Just a reminder to all that summer fitness training is happening each week at the IBIS - Thursdays 7pm til 8pm. We are into the 4th week next week and the session finish on 27 August.

Summer fitness arrives at the IBIS on Thursday 16 July at 7pm.
These sessions will be held every Thursday until 28 August inclusive (that’s 7 weeks of training) and will finish at around 8.15pm each week.
Christmas Training Schedule

Men – Bradfield 8-9.30pm every Monday
Ladies – RHCC 8-9.30pm every Monday
Junior hockey starts 7th September
9.30am - 11.00am for training and 11.30 - 2.00pm matches.
